The service technician was timely, troubleshooted the issues quickly and gave a well informed explanation of the repairs needed. He also did a full diagnostic of the system and checked the panels for any physical damage. I was able to ask questions and was provided with knowledgeable answers.

Due to 5/12/24 storm our roof needed replacing. We have 72 solar panels installed by a “less than reputable” provider that had to be removed before new roof put on. Francisco Alvarez project team came in & removed within 4 hours. Stored our equipment in an orderly fashion in our backyard. After new roof installed they came around 8 am & had re-installed by 5:30 same day! They were prompt, steady hard working and did a Great job cleaning up after theirselves-better than the roofers did. Our solar back in service & we couldn’t be more pleased. We’ve signed up for their maintenance agreement which more than what original installer gave in 2 years.Thank you again Francisco team and all of Solar Service staff-they answered all my questions & respond so quickly!!

Very kind, fast and professional service all around from scheduling to the awesome Technician Dante that put up with all my questions and was able to correct the sub-par install from my solar company that unsurprisingly is out of business. I have much less worries about the conduit dropping and bouncing in the wind.

Earlier this year I wrote a review for getting our solar system. This time we worked with Solar Service to upgrade our system to add a battery backup. Dante was the primary technician on the project and he did another fantastic job. He worked meticulously and showed a lot of care for our older home. We are very happy with the service and I would again highly recommend Solar Service.

This company is AWESOME !! I had a solar edge inverter fry out and Jack A. came out and had it swapped in no time, gave me a comprehensive diagnosis of the system after the new inverter was installed and answered all my questions. They are the solar service you need if you’re installer is now out of business (like mine unfortunately) . Highly recommended

Dante came out to service and clean my solar system after I found out my system was not working properly due to Elite construction solar and roofing not reinstalling my system correctly. Dante pulled up my system on solar edge and showed me which panels were not functioning properly he explained everything that was needed and now my system is clean and functioning perfectly. JC was courteous, on time and thorough. My solar panels had not been cleaned in 7 years so everything he did was a vast improvement. We have some mineral staining on a few panels from well water, but that will be addresses on the next cleaning. I am so happy to find Solar Service when I did.

What I Liked: Let me first say they did a really great job cleaning the panels and documenting the work. The tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.What I Didn't Like: Scheduling was chaotic with lots of back and forth. They ended up scheduling me then showed up a week earlier than expected (not a huge deal). I got quoted for a price around $195 but was charged just over $300 for the final service. Customer service was helpful in identifying I was overcharged and refunded around $45.Overall: I think this company is pretty good. They do a good job but leave some things to be desired on the administrative side. Will probably use them again.
