For a couple years we’ve been dealing with these pigeons living under our panels. We asked our original installers to add critter guards to our system, but kept getting blown off. Thankfully I decided to get in touch with Solar Service. Dante and his team did an excellent job installing our critter guards, as well as clarifying any lingering questions I had about our system that our previous installer was unable to clearly communicate. Can’t recommend them enough!

I have been searching for someone for awhile to clean and run a diagnostic service on our solar system. Finally I found Solar Service which had very high ratings on their service. There is a mileage charge for them to come to Harker Hgts from Austin but we’ll worth it. They not only cleaned my panels but found some issues with the way they had been set up. They were courteous, knowledgeable and worked fast. If you haven’t cleaned your panels get Solar Service to come and take care of it. I signed up for their service plan and saved hundreds of dollars. Today we once again received A+ Service from Solar Service. Our tech was Francisco Alvarez who inspected, then cleaned our solar system. He was proficient and fast. Prior to leaving, he made it a point to back brief me. I truly appreciate Francisco and the whole team at Solar Service. They are professional, and experts at their craft. Update 05 Nov 2024:(Apologies, I forgot to click post)I just went from two cleanings for my panels to three a year. I cannot express how much I feel this company is all about taking care of the customer!!!!! It hasn’t mattered if I call to get basic into, help when I had to change my roof out (hail damage) and had to get the solar panels removed and reinstalled - they are GREAT!!!!As usual, today Fransisco Alvarez came out to service my panels and everyone who works for this company is just GREAT!!!Thank you for your professionalism, never wanting to up charge anything and just being a company who prides itself in GREAT service.Thank you!!!Miguel Tobon——————————//———————Very satisfied, CJ (the tech who came out) was polite, friendly and professional. He emailed me a PDF with the assessment, before and after pictures (cleaning)…..I’m happy to know my solar panels will get cleaned (and serviced if necessary) - I went with the twice a year plan - definitely the way to go if you live in the city. If you live in a more rural area I strongly recommend three times a year!!!Thank you again, very satisfied!!! I know my panels were relatively new, but the before and after pictures clearly showed how there will still be a bit of build up…Definitely glad I made the call and now have this scheduled for our home.Also keep in mind that this company offers additional services. For example, I’m going to need my roof replaced due to the recent hail storm. Well it’s great to know this company will get you a quote and work with the insurance company…Thank you again!!!

Jack is awesome. He serviced my solar panels and provided me with detailed information about how they are performing. He suggested some work I might want to think about doing to improve how my panels work and gave me a estimate of what the work would cost. I have been with Solar Service for a few years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with them.

. LI had to replace my roof and prior to that solar panels had to be removed. This was a request that was given to them last minute. Austin and crew were prompt right on time and removed the panels before the roofers started. And they were back once the roofers completed laying down the singles. Cleaned the panels before setting it up. In all I have been very happy with their professionalism and quality of work done

Not expecting them to call today, but couldn’t have asked for a better day to clean and wash my solar panels as per my maintenance plan with Solar Service. Angel explained what he was going to do and pointed out areas that needed attention on numerous panels. He worked all the layout with care and did not appear to rush through any part of the 48 solar panels. He finished, gathered all his equipment and tools, put everything in his truck/van. He looked over his work as I did and have to say I was happy with the final product and completed very professional, thank you Angel hope to see you again in six months. Solar Service Tech (Francisco Alvarez) performed an inspection of our solar system, and discovered that one of our inverters was offline due to a fault in the system and we were not getting maximum solar energy. He reset the inverter and tested the solar unit to make sure it was working properly. He washed and cleaned our solar panels. He inspected and adjusted the critter guard. We are very satisfied with his knowledge, workmanship, and professionalism. Price quote was very much in line with what we expected. Would strongly recommend Solar Service to all our friends and family.

Hired Solar services, to replace my old system after hail damage, they came out checked the system, gave me a "great price" to remove, update and replace a 25 year old system, between Jack and Austins install team, I cannot give enough accolades about how amazing / professional / efficient this company, and its staff are.

The solar panels on my rental stopped working years ago. Jack came out, determined the junction box let in water and it caused a short destroying both inverters. He fixed the issue, came back and installed a new inverter and the system works perfectly. They did a great job at a resonable price. Jack was always on time, provided a lot of communication and if I need service on my house I will absolutely call them again.
