First time cleaning the solar panels ever. Took about an hour or so. Like how I was shown before and after pics of the cleaning. However the sides of the panels still remain dirty which is why I’m rating three stars. The top of the panel looks new after cleaning. Yet the sides of the panels still look dirty. I thought everything would be cleaned during the visit.Addendum 9/8. They came by on Friday 9/6 to come and clean the sides of the solar panels. Great job over all. Now it’s 5 star review here.

Francisco and the install team were wonderful! They communicated efficiently, and they were on time and friendly. He introduced himself and gave a brief explanation about what he was going to do, and how long it would take. Also, paying invoices was super easy! Highly recommend!

Very pleased to have technical experts like Angel and Alex inspect and clean our system. They’re assessment sync’d w/my monitoring of our system. The cleaning will boost perf about 10% — hadn’t cleaned since installation 5 yrs ago. Onboard w/annual cleaning plan and will monitor to see if bi-annual is necessary. If so, will be pleased to continue to work w/Solar Service.

Purchased a home w/ solar and come to find out it wasn't working. Tried troubleshooting it myself w/ no luck and ended up calling Solar Service. Customer representative on the phone was friendly and scheduled me for the following week as it's the busy season for solar. Angel, our tech, was there at exactly the time he was projected to be.Let me just say that Angel was awesome and VERY knowledgeable!!We discussed what I had done and then I left him to it. Within a matter of maybe 15-20 min he had figured out the previous installer wired it wrong and it's a common issue with inexperienced installers. He had already fixed it and everything! He's even helping us get monitoring access for transfer from the previous owner.100% trust this company and Angel after this experience! If you're shopping for knowledgeable solar companies, definitely give Solar Service a call and request Angel! Thanks again man for getting us back up and running! I don't ever leave reviews, but this one is well deserved.

I had a fault message on my inverter and like so many others, the company that installed my solar system was long since gone. I thought I'd try Solar Service to see if all the positive reviews were a sign of a well run, fair business. I agreed to the initial trip plus 2 hour troubleshooting charge - and wondered what I'd get. WOW, Luis checked the inverter, and then the panels and found a wiring issue under a solar panel in the roof. He fixed it in the first trip in 90 minutes. He was professional and very personable. I couldn't happier with the service!

On a scale of 1-5, Solar Service rates a 10. Last summer they assisted with warranty replacement of my inverter. Today, the panels were cleaned. With each visit, regardless of the reason for the call, the whole system is assessed for performance. I appreciate the focus on service vs sales and the qualifications of the personnel providing the service. I value the candid counsel when options are available. Office staff are also reassuringly knowledgeable about systems. I find the fees charged to be an exceptional value. I have no hesitation in enthusiastically recommending Solar Service!

Love Solar Service! Response was quick compared to other experiences that took months. Angel was quick to determine a solution. He’s knowledgeable, and he took time to see if there were warranties still available on my existing solar system. An inverter had to be replaced after years of use and the work was done neatly and professionally - even in this heat. I didn't realize they offer cleaning of solar panels. I’m on the schedule! Angek, the Solar Service Company Tech was professional and thorough cleaning 51 solar panels. Highly recommend these folks to service your solar electric system. There was a lot of grime built up on the panels that reduce energy production efficiency.

Great service, great communication, and very reasonably priced. My first appointment was double booked so I was given a discount to reschedule. Then, when that appointment fell through due to a rain storm I was rescheduled for the next day, and was first in line. Customer service was friendly and courteous from the start.

After my installation there was no service to help us maintain the solar panels or system. We called Solar Service-who responded quickly with a fair price. The Electrician was experienced with our system and quickly solved the problem to prevent the shut down from re-occurring. He cleaned the 45 panels and reset our system to working order. Angel-the electrician was our Angel fixing our solar repair. He was polite, worked quickly and quietly and efficiently. He left no mess or any damage to the roof area. I Recommend using this company-we will for all our solar needs.

I scheduled an appt to remove and reinstall my panels for a new roof and messed up the date of the removal which caused a huge issue with my roofer. Anyways, Jenna the front office manager was extremely professional and was able to fit me in. She really saved me as I’m been going through a lot of stress recently. Anyways, what a great company and I avoided a $100 rescheduling fee from that roofer. There’s a reason this company is 5 star. I am very appreciative of this company. Thank you!

Tried to get our installer (CamSolar) out to diag our nonfunctioning system. CamSolar made us prepay for a service call and said the service department will call to schedule a date for service. I have been waiting for 4 week and have not gotten a date. Found Solar Service over this past weekend sent in a request and was contacted on Monday and had my system diagnosed on Tuesday. Could not have asked for better service.Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.Angel was my tech and explained what he was doing/his thinking process.
