I recieved an estimate from "Stephen's roofing and remodeling" guy came out 15 min later gave me a ridiculous estimate said 7 panels were out. They never got on the roof. Solar Service cost me less than half of Stephen's estimate and they spent 30 min. on my roof! Only 3 were out not 7!!! These guys are honest and up front about what's wrong and not adding false problems to jack the bill. I handed out their cards to all my family and friends.Thanks to Angel what a relief. Shawn

03-19-26 Once again excellent service. Angel was the technician this time. My phone app quit communicating with the system. We tried to reconnect and the signal was weak. Angle troubshot the system and discovered the previous tech had installed a module to connect the system directly to their site foe better connection. Worked fine until I changed ISP's he removed the module attached the on-site antenna to the proper connection and I was able to connect direct to my internet. Only difference was I had changed ISP's synthetic mut have been the reason it didn't connect. Awesome quick service. Highly recommended if you need solar work done!Second review! 12-3-25 Solar Service is excellent. The electrician Jack was awesome. Very knowledgeable. He checked out the complete system and discovered my phone app was not connecting properly so had the system connect to my home internet. Discovered I had missed a couple updates including a firmware update. Then he cleaned all the panels. With before and after photos. Awesome service!I had to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. However I also have solar panels that would need to be removed and then reinstalled after the roof replacement. That’s what these guys doand they do it very well! The entire team were awesome professionals. Took them about a half of the work day to remove the panels, mounting hardware and the conduit. Took almost the entire day to reinstall but remember this involved summer heat over 100 degrees. They got everything installed cleaned the panels which will improve their power capability and tested the system to make sure everything was working properly. I will monitor production output over the next few days but have confidence everything was done properly! Will use again!

On a scale of 1-5, Solar Service rates a 10. Last summer they assisted with warranty replacement of my inverter. Today, the panels were cleaned. With each visit, regardless of the reason for the call, the whole system is assessed for performance. I appreciate the focus on service vs sales and the qualifications of the personnel providing the service. I value the candid counsel when options are available. Office staff are also reassuringly knowledgeable about systems. I find the fees charged to be an exceptional value. I have no hesitation in enthusiastically recommending Solar Service!

Solar Service reached out to me to clean and maintain my solar panels. Jack Acuña came out today and cleaned my panels and also did an electrical check and discovered an issue with communication affecting one of my panels. I recommend Solar Service to everyone ! Jack Acuna of Solar Service came to my house yesterday to locate problems with my Solar panel system. It was cold and windy and he worked diligently for a couple of hours. Angel, the Solar Service Company Tech completed another amazing job cleaning our solar panels. He was professional as always, and performed a thorough inspection and cleaning on our 51 solar panels. I highly recommend Solar service to maintain your solar electric system. There was a lot of grime built up on the panels that reduce energy production efficiency.

Update, 4 Dec 2025:One of my optimizers needed replacement (under warranty). Jack Acuna diagnosed the problem, then returned when the part came in to install it. The weather was cold, wet, and windy, but he arrived right on time, promptly got up onto my roof (despite the wind and chilly temps), replaced the part, took pictures, and walked me through everything he did. He was cheerful, prompt, skilled, and thoroughly professional. Couldn't have asked for a job more well done. Thank you, Jack. We appreciate your help and hard work!Odiginal Review:Angel showed up right on time and got right to work checking out my system and cleaning the panels. Jack went above and waaaay beyond the call of duty on my simple solar repair (reconnecting the communication unit to the internet, which required admin level access) when he got down the road from my house, only to hear my cat had gotten locked in the back of his utility van! He came back to my front gate and tried to call, and text and call, and I just wasn’t responding (because Spectrum mobile service is a LOT LESS reliable than Solar Service is!). So Jack jumped my gate and walked the 1/4 mile to my house, all to ask if I could come retrieve my cat from his van! Solar Service provides the BEST service, and is ultra-reliable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Zane (electrician) and Fernando (tech) are top notch professionals from Solar Service, with great experience in solar. They came out today and removed our solar panels and electrical to prepare for a roof replacement. Zane and Fernando arrived on time, communicated very well, were courteous and expertly removed the equipment. They problem solved with us on where and how to store components for safe keeping. Zane identified several holes in our roof and on the system wires where critters chewed through! This team patched the openings so rain will not penetrate before new roof goes on. Zane took many before and after pictures and walked us through those and the documented results. We feel confident in this team's skills and look forward to having Zane and Fernando back to reinstall our system!

Solar Service handled the removal and re-installation of our solar panels when we replaced our roof. Orlando and his team made it all such a smooth process. They even found an issue with the original electrical box on the roof that we were unaware of, and replaced it with split boxes on reinstall, which improved the system’s output.

Mr. Britt was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Polite and answered all my questions. Promote him ahead of peers.Only down side is cost. I’m not sure how it’s broken down but it seems like the standard rate is $500 and can go up from there. My question is what if the labor and COMs is lower than the $500. Do you get reimbursed? Orlando and his team did a solar replacement while getting a new roof. They did an amazing job!!!!The solar panels on my rental stopped working years ago. Jack came out, determined the junction box let in water and it caused a short destroying both inverters. He fixed the issue, came back and installed a new inverter and the system works perfectly. They did a great job at a resonable price. Jack was always on time, provided a lot of communication and if I need service on my house I will absolutely call them again.

I recently hired Solar Service to repair my solar installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to completion, their technician Dante demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality.The job was two-fold: first, to repair an operational installation that had gone offline. This was completed upon the first visit / consultation. It took the technician literally no time at all to bring the system back online.The second part was harder: to integrate a partially completed install from a scam company that immediately went out of business, leaving me with useless panels on my roof. Dante was quite confident that he could consolidate the two systems down to a single, nicely updated system. Solar Systems quoted me what I thought was a reasonable and competitive bid for the amount of work they were going to have to do.I am extremely happy with the work they did. (I say they, but it was all Dante). Not only did he complete the work in a single day, the quality of the work was exceptional, including updating my Enphase account with the new panels. The net result was a 20+ percent increase in the generation for my system.My only regret is that I did not call them sooner.
