Do you service systems you didn’t install?
Yes — that’s most of our work in Austin. It doesn’t matter who put the panels on your roof, whether they’re still in business, or how long ago it was.
My installer went out of business. Can you still help?
Yes. We service every major brand and can often assist with manufacturer warranty claims even when the original installer is gone.
How do I know if my system is underproducing?
Compare this year’s output to the same month last year. A drop of more than about 10% that isn’t explained by weather usually means something needs attention.
Do dirty panels really affect output?
In Texas, meaningfully. Dust, pollen and bird mess accumulate fast, and the loss is gradual enough that most homeowners never notice it happening.
Can you take my panels off so I can replace my roof?
Yes. We remove the array, store it safely, coordinate with your roofer, reinstall, reseal every penetration and test the whole system afterwards.
Are you licensed?
Yes — TECL #33444. Our technicians are licensed electricians, full-time employees, background-checked and insured. Not subcontractors.
Do you work on batteries and EV chargers?
Yes. Battery storage including Tesla Powerwall, and Level 2 EV charger installation and repair.
How quickly can you get out?
Depends on the season, but members get priority scheduling and we hold same-week slots in Austin for systems that are completely down.
